Poaching Wars with Tom Hardy(working title) is one of a series of projects that Tom is involved with to bring awareness of the pointless massacre of endangered species in Africa.
The plan is to follow up the two part series showing on ITV1( July 17th at 9pm) with another documentary that takes Tom to the more subversive and dangerous parts of the African continent,to Somalia ,Nigeria and the Congo
There are also two films in the works
one produced by Tom,Dean Baker and Paul Maurice and written by Sheldon Turner that will be about anti-poaching
one that will be helmed by Leonard Di Caprio and Tobey Maguire is yet to be written will be about trafficking
But it will be a team effort and with the diversity and range of the project,the hope is that it will bring awareness on a global scale and stop the slaughter
